In the table the dust cap is on the right and element cone on the left. Moving down on the table marks the distance from the grill.
In the buttons the first number presents the distance from the grill and the second one how much to the left is the mic moved.
For example 1cm off 6cm mean that the mic is 1cm away from the grill and 6 cm to the left away from the dust cap (center point of the element).
Mic used: SM57. The cab is Carvin Legacy 412 loaded with Celestion V30. The amp is JCM800 2204 clone head.

We recorded with Inkvisitor a new album and we used for the guitar tone Soldano SLO100 50 watt clone head, Carvin Legacy 412 cab loaded with V30’s and TS808-clone. The guitar used was Grover Jackson Custom RR loaded with Seymour Duncan’s Custom (TB-5).
Sennheiser MD421 is widely regarded as one of the most iconic dynamic mics of all time and often noted to deliver great guitar sound. It has more ”even” tone compared to SM57. But paired with SM57 the tone is pretty big as the mics compensate each other really well. The mics were placed on the edge of the dustcap in 30° towards the dustcap and the distance of the mics were about 7cm from the grill. SM57 was placed underneath the MD421 and 1cm more closer to grill in order to get the phases right.
